Chest & Biceps

4 sets of incline dumbbell press, 8-10 reps
3 sets of Flat bench or DB press, 8-10 reps
3 sets of incline flies or cable x over, 8-10 reps
SSET1: 3 sets of chin-ups, barbell curls x 8-10
3×10 Concentration Curls.

NOTES:

  • Very Strong , upped bench 5kg  and chin ups were easy today.
